BioBorn in Pavlovo-Posad, Russia, in 1957, Andrew Tars has successfully
Graduated the School of Arts at Nizhny-Novgorod in 1986.
For the following years, 1986 to 1990 he managed to enroll into several soviet
painting exhibitions, held, mostly by the neighbouring countries.
Being an Israeli resident since 1990, he is reknown at the Israeli art scene.
A former member of the Israeli Painters and Sculptors Association, he enrolled
many exhibitions with his unique style.
However, not only Israeli galleries witnessed his painting style, as many
a painting was acquired by private collectors in Europe and USA.
